Source of personal data
This privacy statement describes how Rontana collects, uses, shares and stores your personal data. Personal data may differ depending on the product or service you have requested or used.

We collect personal data referred to you as follows:
- from the request form or purchase of services and products;
- from the commission copies of your product orders
- by you through the way you communicate with us (e.g. telephone numbers provided during service calls).

Purpose of the treatment
We use your personal data for:
1. where necessary for the execution of a contract or the fulfilment of a legal obligation;
2. for our legitimate interests such as exercising and protecting our legal rights, preventing fraud or improving our products and services;
3. where we have obtained your consent for marketing purposes, offers, event information and new products.

- process the requests of our products, which involves taking decisions about your orders;

- advertise and market, where we have obtained your consent, products and services of Rontana and the Ricci Curbastro and Fortunato family farms;

- Credit Information Systems to report or request information concerning your financial situation;
- Regulatory Authorities, courts, government agencies in order to comply with regulatory, legal or regulatory requirements and requests by the Authorities themselves or by law enforcement agencies;
- to debt collection agencies and external legal consultants to collect your debts;
- to our Service Providers who provide services on our behalf (e.g. hauliers);

Data retention

Your data will be kept for 10 years from the supply of the product or service and if your data are no longer needed, Rontana will take reasonable steps to destroy such data in a safe way making them permanently unidentifiable.
